1. Service Description

TextTruth is an AI-powered conversation analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide entertainment and informational insights about text conversations. Results are not professional psychological, legal, medical, or relationship advice and should not be treated as such.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only submit conversations where you are a participant or have explicit consent from all parties. Do not submit conversations for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI analysis is not 100% accurate. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and should be taken as one perspective, not absolute truth. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis.

4. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

TextTruth offers the following plans:

• Free ($0) — limited number of analyses (3 total)
• Standard ($4.99/month) — 30 text analyses and 5 screenshot analyses per month, full flags and verdicts
• Pro ($7.99/month) — unlimited text analyses, 10 screenshot analyses per month, AI Response Coach, pattern detection
• Pro+ ($14.99/month) — unlimited text and screenshot analyses, all premium features including trend charts and full history
• Vault (Invite Only) — premium founder-reviewed analysis, price upon request

Subscription plans provide monthly access to analysis features and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your payment relationship is with Dodo Payments, not directly with TextTruth. Dodo Payments handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@celvion.org.

6. Premium Analysis (Vault)

TextTruth offers an optional premium service (“Vault”) where conversation analysis is personally reviewed by the founder. Vault applications are manually reviewed and acceptance is not guaranteed. This is a separate service from our standard AI-powered analysis and includes a professional PDF report with personalized insights.

7. Limitation of Liability

TextTruth is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
