Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

TextTruth provides AI-powered conversation analysis as a digital service. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the service has been delivered (analysis completed).

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have not used any analyses from your subscription
  • The service experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at celvion.contact@gmail.com with your purchase details. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing inquiries and refund processing.
