TextTruth is an AI-powered conversation analysis tool. It provides entertainment and informational insights only. Results should not be treated as professional psychological or relationship advice.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only submit conversations where you are a participant or have explicit consent from all parties. Do not submit conversations for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI analysis is not 100% accurate. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and should be taken as one perspective, not absolute truth. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment partner Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy within 14 days of purchase for unused credits.

5. Limitation of Liability

TextTruth is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, meaning they are the seller of record for tax and compliance purposes. Your payment relationship is with Paddle.com, not directly with TextTruth.
